- 1. Unroll.me: The FTC alleged it told users it would not "touch" their personal emails while sharing e-receipts with parent company Slice Technologies, which used the purchase data in market-research products it sells. Settlement finalized December 2019.

Pricing questions
Is Email Unsubscriber a subscription?
No. It is a one-off payment that unlocks full access for 30 days. Nothing recurs and there is nothing to cancel.
What happens after the 30 days?
Paid access ends. You are not charged again and no subscription keeps running in the background, because the payment was one-off.
What do I get for the price?
Full access to every feature for 30 days with unlimited usage: in-browser inbox scanning, one-click unsubscribes, unsubscribe violation detection for senders who keep emailing you, and an audit log of every unsubscribe you make.
Are there tiers, add-ons or usage caps?
No. There is one price and one level of access. Every feature is included, and there is no per-email or per-scan charge.
Is there a way to pay less?
Yes. Every user gets a referral link and earns discount coupons when people who signed up through that link pay. New users who arrive through a referral link may receive a welcome discount.
Does paying give Email Unsubscriber access to my mailbox?
No. Payment and mailbox access are separate. The scan runs inside your browser under read-only permissions, your email content never reaches our servers, and the access token is never sent to our backend. We do not use refresh tokens, so access expires with your session.
